SDRF and the Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment jointly organized the 178th Shanghai Development Salon on May 8, 2023. Mr. Xu Qiyu, a senior researcher at the National Strategy Research Institute of Tsinghua University and former deputy director of the Strategic Research Institute of the National Defense University, gave a speech entitled "Sino-US Relations, Russia-Uzbekistan Conflict and Geo-Strategic Landscape".
