SDRF and the Shanghai Association for Foreign Investment jointly organized the 179th Shanghai Development Salon on June 15, 2023. Mr. Xing Yuqing, Professor of Economics at the National Graduate School of Policy Research in Japan and former Director of the Capacity Building and Training Department of the Asian Development Bank Research Institute, gave a speech entitled "The Logic of Global Value Chain Restructuring and the Challenge to China" at the salon.
