SDRF and the Shanghai Association for Foreign Investment jointly organized the 180th Shanghai Development Salon on Aug 31, 2023. Mr. Wei Jianing, former vice minister and researcher of the Macro Department of the Development Research Center of The State Council, academic advisor and chief economist of the China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development, gave a speech entitled "Policy Stimulus or Reform and Opening Up?" at the salon.
