On Nov.5, 2013，SDRF commemorated its 20th Anniversary of the Establishment at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Luwan.
The Shanghai Development Research Foundation emerged as the times required along with the tide of reform and opening-up and has been in existence for 20 years. For 20 years, it has been upholding the purpose of promoting development research and has assisted in decision-making consultation, centering on reform and opening-up, keeping closing to the reality and actively exploring, and playing an active role in aspects of development research based in Shanghai and serving China. And it has also become a private think tank with Shanghai's characteristics.
