On October 23, the SDRF organized a small closed-door luncheon. Mr. Frank Newman, served as the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury under the US Clinton Administration and later served as the director and CEO of Bankers' Trust, gave a keynote speech on the Sino-US trade friction and the respective debt problems of China and the United States.
