The 7th Seminar of CHINA INTERNATIONAL FINANCE 30 FORUM

The People's Bank of China issued the "Fintech Development Plan (2022-2025)", which put forward guiding opinions on the development of financial technology in the new era, and defined the overall thinking, development goals, key tasks and implementation guarantees of financial digital transformation. The Russian-Ukrainian war continues, and it has and will continue to affect the global political, economic and financial landscape. Focusing on the above-mentioned themes, this seminar discussed issues such as FinTech governance, how to balance regulation and innovation, the Russian-Ukrainian war and international financial changes.
Qiao Yide, Vice President and Secretary-General of SDRF and Executive Director of the China International Finance 30 Forum, presided over "Topic 1: Fintech Governance: How to Grasp the Degree of Supervision and Innovation?", and in "Topic 3: International Finance Changes and how should we respond?" He delivered a speech entitled "Multi-level Response to Financial Sanctions".
